Branding designed by Chris for a drag racing motorcycle team. Note the heavy inspiration from modernist posters from the early 20th century that featured shapes to represent movement and speed. Bright and bold flat colours were used to reflect the paint scheme on the bike and an in-line typeface was used on the title to bring the design up to date with modern typographic trends. Also note the brand consistency throughout all the designs. To make a brand powerful, all designs should work together and complement each other. Weak brands have no consistency and will confuse customers.
